Leading effectively and acting accountably takes courage, conviction and above all, trust in oneself. Conventional leadership training often ignores this component in favour of abstract theories or a skills-based, “how-to” approach. These programs can falter once participants leave the safe confines of the classroom.

The focused, two-day Leadership Dynamics™ program bridges the gap between theory and action. It shifts the common, external “how-to” perspective of leadership to that of character, of inner foundation. In short, it develops authenticity in the individual, and in the process empowers them.

Stimulating, fun and highly interactive, Leadership Dynamics™ improves communication abilities, personal accountability and self-confidence.

Through a series of engaging and experiential learning modules, Leadership Dynamics increases participants’ capacity to lead teams and manage others by transforming their perspectives and attitudes toward leadership. In so doing, each person expands the realm of what is possible, not only for themselves but for the whole organization.

Participants identify self-defeating patterns and learn why they do what they do, promoting a sense of confidence and control. They internalize key learning through experience, and leave with greater clarity about how to lead more effectively
