FAQ

What makes this leadership development class any better than the hundreds of others available on the market today?

We continually hear from previous participants who tell us this class altered their personal and professional lives for the better. This class leaves a lasting impression and provides long-term results.

Experiential in nature, Leadership Dynamics focuses on the subtle but crucial aspects skirted over in other classes with a more “how to” approach. Things like building trust, things like taking accountability without dishing out blame. This is not a “how to” class: It is a “why bother” class.

People leave renewed and ready to play the game of life and leadership at a whole new level.

Who should attend?

Anyone in a management position, whether they lead two or two hundred, will benefit from participation in Leadership Dynamics.

Those in mid-level management positions may experience the deepest paradigm shifts because those at more senior levels have already incorporated many of the concepts the class espouses into their leadership functions. However, the more senior the attendee, the more important is the incremental improvement they will take from the class. Greatness is a matter of fractions. Sometimes it is the one missing piece of information—that one key insight—that makes an already good leader a better one.

Why is the first day so long?

The first day runs from 9 AM to 9 PM. Most people overlook that until they get there, thinking they can skip out early as they do in other “training” classes. This is not a training class. And you can’t leave early. And the reason is: because you would have no clue as to what was happening or why the next morning when the class resumes. It’s would be like saying you can skip the middle third of a book or action movie; you’d have lost the thread of understanding.

Many years ago this program was delivered in a four-day format. Then it went to three. Due to the pressing time demands of our current corporate culture, and because of a multi-billion dollar company’s request to purchase a two-day—not three-day version—it has been retooled into this stream-lined, power-packed, roller-coaster ride of a program that leaves the participants exhilarated and inspired to incorporate their newly charted changes.

So the first day is long. You’ll get fed. And by 6 PM you will not care that it’s been a full day. We end the day with a game that opens windows of learning. It must be experienced to continue in the class. In this two-day version there is no more fat. It has been trimmed to perfection.
